Website analytics & cookies: limited data provided by our website platform (GoDaddy) to measure traffic and improve the site.
Lead info from sales representatives: business contact details shared with us to provide quotes/services.

To process orders, send confirmations/updates, and provide support.
To improve our site, products, and services.
Marketing (opt-in only): if you subscribe, we may send promotions/news; you can unsubscribe any time.

Trusted partners (only as needed to provide services): payment processors, shipping carriers, and third-party fulfillment partners; and, where applicable, our sales representatives to assist with your order.
We do not sell or rent your personal information.

We keep order records as required for business, accounting, and legal purposes.
You may request that we stop storing/using your contact info for future outreach (and we’ll remove you from marketing lists).

At Ink Ops Customs, most of our products are custom-made to order. Because of this, we have a limited return policy.

Custom Products

All custom-printed items are final sale once proofs are approved.
We cannot accept returns or refunds for errors that appear in an approved proof.
Slight color differences may occur between on-screen previews and final printed products; these are not eligible for return.

Production Errors or Damaged Items

If there is a clear production error or your order arrives damaged, we will provide a corrected replacement at no additional cost.
Claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery, with photo proof.

Standard (Non-Custom) Products

Non-custom items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging.
Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective.
